An independent historic hotel near Green Park, Buckingham Palace and Mayfair, The Stafford London is as timeless as the city it belongs to. Founded in 1912, it has 105 individually decorated bedrooms and suites split across the Main House and the Carriage House. The hotel has the feel of a private residence. In fact the Lyttelton lounge and restaurant are the former dining room and drawing room of Lord and Lady Lyttelton (who owned one of the finest townhouses in London in the 17th century).
Carlos Martinez produces Modern British dishes using the finest selection of British produce in The Lyttelton Restaurant. He has worked at many Michelin starred restaurants and as Head Executive Chef of Cliveden’s three restaurants he retained their Michelin Star. Gino Nardella oversees the 380-year old Wine Cellars at The Stafford London. His experience is vast, from his childhood spent on the family owned vineyard in Southern France to over 40 years accumulated experience as a Sommelier.
The international final takes place on 9th June in Jerez where Sherry is made.
